After you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes prior to your race time and keep your confirmation email easily accessible.

Can I make a reservation for a private or corporate function?
Absolutely! Feel free to inquire about your function needs either through WhatsApp on 0718873914 or by emailing info@swinglounge.co.za

Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your reserved slot. Please ensure to confirm your cancellation either by phone or email at 'insert email'

What happens if I can't make my booking?
Because of the high demand, refunds for bookings can only be processed if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to your reserved slot.

Can I get a refund after booking?
Should you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to your reserved slot, we are able to process a refund. Kindly be aware that cancellations must be confirmed either by phone or through email at 'insert email'

Is Race Lounge family friendly?
Certainly, we prioritize family activities on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
